Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, the item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging included. The reason for return and your order number must also be included with the item.
Unless the item is faulty, the buyer is responsible for return postage costs. Please keep the receipt of postage when you post the return in case of a query. If the item is faulty or damaged, please contact us via e-mail or chat before initiating a return, and we will provide further assistance.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3 days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow 3-5 business days for your bank to process the payment refund.
How to start a return
To start a return, you can contact us at enquiries.styleiteasy@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, please contact us via email or chat. Let us know the item you wish to exchange and the new item you'd like, and we’ll help arrange the exchange.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), personal care goods (such as beauty products), intimates (such as underwear or swimwear without hygiene strip). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or items purchased using gift cards.
